Just like any interview, they asked basic questions about customer service and stocking shelves. The employer was quick, very nice, and informative. There weren't that many questions since it's an entry-level position.

Behavioral Technical

I went through two interviews with World Market over two weeks. After the second interview, I got an email offer instead of a call, which I wasn't thrilled about. I ended up calling the Store Manager to confirm my hiring and get details about starting shifts (around 3am-5am), since my online offer letter didn't include that info. I'd already done all the online stuff, so my first "training" day was pretty smooth. The first interviewer was a Department Head, super friendly and outgoing; I felt good about getting hired then. The second interview was with the General Manager, and honestly, that one made me question my chances, which is why the email offer felt a bit annoying.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was pretty quick and basic, suitable for stock work. They inquired about my background and previous job experience. I was also given a tour of the stock room, along with a straightforward explanation of the job duties and a discussion about the working hours. I was interviewed by two people concurrently, and I'm uncertain if this is their standard interview format.
