Case Technical Presentation

Did a written test with a case study that matched the job duties and a couple of technical questions. I did it online using Word and PowerPoint and had one hour to submit it. After that, there was a panel interview with 4 people, and they each asked at least one question after I introduced myself. The interview lasted under an hour.

The entire process from applying to getting an interview took about three months. There were three stages in total. First was an assessments test, which was quite straightforward, aimed at evaluating language proficiency, analytical abilities, and how well I could manage tasks. Following that was a panel interview focused on competencies, where five interviewers each asked a single question. The last stage was a more casual chat, mainly for the potential supervisor to gauge their preference for a candidate.
