After submitting my CV, I went through a test round where I had to create a PPT about a topic. The HR person was super nice and encouraging. I was surprised that I had to present the PPT I made over a month ago, and I totally blanked, but she asked questions to help me think. It was a while ago, so I don't remember all the exact questions, but she asked about me, why I picked WHO, my strengths, weaknesses, and also about my availability and stuff.

If your application is good enough and stands out, WHO will call you for an interview. This might include a written test and then an interview. They'll check out all the good candidates and pick the best one for the internship. After you accept the job offer, they'll help you move to where you need to be. This can include help with visas, permits, and other stuff for moving internationally.

I got a phone call interview about a month after applying. I never heard back after it even though we were down to the last few candidates. It was poor form considering that at the end of the interview they said I would be told if I had been successful after a month or so. Online I can see the position has been filled. Very disappointed as I expected better from the WHO.
