I had two interviews for this role. Initially, I applied to be a receptionist, but the management saw potential in me for more and that's how I got into the CS department. They were very nice and helpful during the process.

The interview process went well. I was asked a lot of questions which allowed me to showcase my qualifications. They were very clear on what they were looking for and expected nothing short of my best.

First, I had a phone interview. Then, I traveled to Atlanta for an in-person interview. For the first call, the interviewer had me call him because he was too busy to schedule calls. When I arrived for the interview, the interviewer and another woman were there. Throughout the interview, the interviewer was fidgeting, yawning, and seemed like he was falling asleep. The other lady had to leave early, and he kept being disrespectful. The interview felt way too long, almost 3 hours. It really put me off that I went through all the effort to interview for a job I could do easily, and he acted so uninterested. I would have rejected any offer they made.
