Had an online interview, went through 2 calls. The first one had nine questions and involved a lot of talking about strategy and how to deal with complicated internal structures. I spoke with my soon-to-be managers. We talked about current topics and they mostly listened to my past experiences.

The application process was straightforward, using their recruitment portal. Heard back a few days after the deadline and I was given a choice of interview slots, along with 10 question. The interview was average, three people interviewing online via TEAMS. I was told they'd be making a decision by Monday/Tuesday next week. It's been two weeks since the interview and I'm yet to heard back. I emailed a few days ago, to ask for feedback and I'm still yet to hear back from them. I've checked the portal and it's still showing as under review. A disappoint experience for candidates, to not be given an outcome (at the very least) and to have your emails ignored. Having read a few of the other reviews, I can see I'm not the only one who's been ghosted following an interview at WAP.

The interview process was not good, the panel seemed not engaged, making me question if they were being fair or thorough. It felt like they weren't using the same rules for everyone and the feedback was all over the place, suggesting they weren't on the same page and it made me doubt the whole thing.

I applied for the role through LinkedIn directly with them. After a month I received the email on a Friday afternoon to say I have been short listed and provided the interview details on the same email with a date and time ( the following week Tuesday, so the interview was 1 working day after I received this email ). I responded back to the email with minutes to say if it can be moved to Thursday instead of Tuesday as it was too short notice. I never heard back on the email until the day of the interview to say sorry it cannot be moved!! Initially I made up my mind and thought they are extremely unprofessional I don’t think I would want work for them so no point to go for the interview . But I thought I have nothing to lose I’ll attend this interview and consider this a ‘practice interview’ as I haven’t been interviewing for a while. I was completely unprepared as I had given no time at all to prepare myself as expected the interview went awful but what I noticed that the reviews on Glassdoor from employees sounds very valid, the questions I asked them in the end made it very clear that their culture is very fake and all they can do is talk the talk without being able to walk the walk! The lady was praising how supportive they are to their employees and how they care about their staff’s and their health being which all sounded very fake to me for some reason.
