First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WorkWave.
Sales Executive
Got referred internally by some contacts. Applied and had an initial chat with HR, which felt pretty good and standard. It's been two months since then, I've followed up a few times but haven't heard back. Totally ghosted, which is a bummer.
- How has your previous experience equipped you for this position?
Analyst
Had an initial recruiter phone screen where we discussed my past experience and background. I was then selected for the next round, which was supposed to be an interview with the corporate director. After selecting a date, I had to wait a few days for confirmation. Then, after not hearing back, I followed up and was told they decided to fill the position internally. I was not happy about this cancellation at the last minute.
- Could you tell me about your software experience?
Product Designer
The amount of interviews for an associate product designer role is ridiculous and unnecessary. I had 4 interviews for a job paying under 70k. The last stage is an extensive personality assessment (1.5-2hr) and then they ghost you. My point of contact was dismissive and disrespectful of my time. This company does not care about you and will waste your time. Don't bother interviewing.
- Can you describe your experience with dashboard systems?
Customer Success Manager
So first I had a phone interview, kinda just to see if I was in the right ballpark for the job description. Then, they wanted a video of me explaining why I'd be good for the role, which I sent over. After that, I had an actual interview, and I think it went pretty well. I did my homework on their software and industry lingo. I ended up talking to four different people, one after the other. About a month later, they had me take this psych test to see how I handle different situations. No clue how that turned out. Ended up not getting the job though, someone else got it. I heard I was second choice.
- Can you describe a time in a previous role where you resolved an issue for an unhappy customer?
