The interview process had 5 rounds: a recruiter call, a manager interview, an interview with the head of success, an interview with the founder, and a panel interview. This involved 2 mock presentations. The team here is incredible and everyone genuinely cares about their work. The process took a while, but each interview experience was amazing. The interviews were conducted in person.

The interview process was well-organized and they responded really fast, which I liked. The hiring managers asked some cool and engaging questions, and they really seemed interested in learning more about me and my background. It was also a plus to chat with teammates and even the founders during the process. Overall, it was a great experience!

Scheduling interviews can be a bit rigid, sometimes you get an invite without a chance to share your availability first. They seem to be pretty strict about meeting times. While they aim for efficiency, sometimes you might be left waiting in a virtual room for a while with no one showing up. It's a balance between being on time and actually being responsive to make sure candidates have a good experience.
