Product Manager
The whole process lasted about 4 weeks. They were fast and responsive. I applied on LinkedIn and had a recruiter screen within 10 days. After the screen (Friday), I scheduled my manager interview for the following Monday. Within hours after my chat with the CPO, I was asked to meet with the cofounder and CTO two days later. Things slowed down a bit after that, but for a good reason. They invited me to a final panel interview with the CPO, lead engineer, lead PMM, and designer. I had to prepare a 20-minute presentation showcasing my PM skills through a project and a 1-page summary to give them beforehand. The final round involved the 20-minute presentation with a 10-minute Q&A, followed by 30-minute one-on-one sessions with each panelist. I had to wait about 12 days for other candidates to finish. Sadly, I got a call saying another candidate performed better. I received good feedback on the call and they encouraged me to reapply in the future.

Product Marketing Manager
DarShayla Price reached out to me, and I quickly moved from a phone chat to the interview phase. I had a good talk with my potential new manager, then gave a presentation to a panel and interviewed with each panel member individually. It was about 3-4 rounds total, and the whole thing felt super smooth and well-organized. I never felt like I was left hanging or unsure of what was expected, and the Workstep team was really transparent about everything.

Customer Success Manager
You'll start with a recruiter phone screen. If that goes well, you'll meet with the team lead. Then, there's a deliverable you need to complete, which you'll present in a team panel presentation. The process is communicated really well, and there are lots of chances to ask questions about the role and company.
- What makes you interested in WorkStep?
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
Customer Support Representative
I applied online and went through a one-way interview, followed by a Zoom interview with HR/Operations. The interviewer was really nice, and I appreciated how well they prepared us and were open about the questions. However, I disliked the poor follow-up; I had to chase them multiple times for updates and they never followed up on the days they said they would, which felt inconsiderate.
