I applied for the Sales Manager job in Dallas, NC through Indeed and was called in for an in-person interview with Chris Grove, the franchise owner. This was the worst interview I've ever had. Chris didn't seem to know who I was, didn't have my resume, and had no idea of my experience. The questions were almost all trick questions and the conversation was very uncomfortable. He says building relationships is the most important part of the job, but his unwelcoming demeanor makes me question that. I rescinded my application on Indeed immediately after. If you're considering interviewing or working with Chris, I'd run the other way as fast as possible. You should be treated respectfully as a candidate.

I went in for an interview for a manager position, but they ended up trying to offer me a sales role with a very low hourly wage. I was quite disappointed because while the place seemed like a good learning environment, the offered salary wouldn't even cover rent, especially considering mileage expenses.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

Applied online and set up an interview at the Marietta, GA location. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was not wearing their mask properly. I was told the owner would interview me shortly. I was directed to wait in a small lobby with 7 other applicants, and CDC guidelines were disregarded. The owner arrived late, without a mask, and explained the interview would include a job overview, a guided sales tour demonstration, applicant sales tour attempts, and individual interviews. The entire process lasted 3 1/2 hours. After two hours, I started to doubt working for a company that claims to care for customers but ignores basic health guidelines. By the three-hour mark, I realized I was only staying to write this review, and I walked out at 3 1/2 hours. I do not recommend interviewing with Workout Anytime in Metro Atlanta, especially for a role paying under $10/hr with unrealistic commission, during a pandemic.
