They reached out to me a day after I applied to set up a phone screening, and then an interview about a week later. The interviewer was very easy to talk to and asked a lot of questions about my current job. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, but the interviewer implied towards the end that I wasn't getting the position, which makes me think they already had the intern selected and were interviewing me for HR.

I was emailed to set up an interview with some hiring managers. I interviewed in February 2017. I met with the previous assistant who got promoted and a director. They began by asking me to tell them about myself. Then, the interview turned a little conversational as they shared more details about the job and their roles. After a detailed explanation where I didn't have many opportunities to ask questions, they asked what I found most interesting about what they explained. They then invited me to share anything else I wanted to add and ask any questions I had. Afterward, I was given a writing assignment to complete within three days. I submitted my assignment a day before the deadline. I received a notification exactly one week after my interview stating that they had selected another candidate. The notification was a personalized email.

Found the IT Support job on a job board. Got a phone call. Then came onsite directly for the interview. The whole interview process was non-technical. During the onsite interview, a senior engineer and the department head asked a lot of behavioral questions. They presented many scenarios and asked how I would handle each situation.

I had a video call with two of the people I'd be reporting to. It was a really nice and engaging chat. After that, they gave me a social media task where I had to crop pictures just right and come up with captions that fit the brand's voice.
