Customer Success Manager
First, you fill out a questionnaire with your CV, which is a standard industry one. Then, there's a chat with a Recruiter to get a first look at your experience, the targets you managed, and your expectations. After that, you'll interview with the Hiring Manager to go over your qualifications, potentially test language skills if required, and see how you'd work together. Lastly, there's a panel interview with hire management and the hiring manager where you'll need to prepare cases to show your CSM thinking and decision-making process.
