First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Workforce Opportunity Services.
Analyst
Had a couple of rounds of interviews. The first one was on the phone and focused more on interpersonal skills than technical stuff. The second interview was in person with the manager, and it included a mix of interpersonal and technical questions. Both interviewers were really nice and enthusiastic. They explained everything and made sure to answer any questions I had.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in IT?
Customer Service Representative
I applied for the job on the internet. After a phone chat, I got invited to attend a group pre-certification session at a local community college. It was mandatory to attend for two days, with each session lasting three hours. It felt more like a class than an interview. They went over the benefits of the program, but didn't discuss the job at all. I was given an essay to do for homework, and then I took a quiz and a test on the second day.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Consultant
I got a phone call. The person on the other end first explained the job and then asked me one question: "Tell me about yourself." I started to answer. After I was done, they asked if I had any questions (which I did). They immediately told me I seemed like the type of person WOS is looking for and that I'd be moving on to the next stage.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Client Service Manager
The interview involved a lot of questions based on real-life scenarios that the interviewer had faced when they were in the same position. They explained a lot about what is expected from the role and asked about my experience related to the job duties.
- Why do you think you're the best candidate for this company?
