The process involved a phone screen, submitting my resume and references, an in-person interview, and completing I-9 documentation, a background check and drug screen form. The recruiter mentioned how great the insurance companies they work with are and that they operate ethically with friendly people, and that there were other jobs available. The recruiter also said all the paperwork and the face-to-face meeting needed to be done beforehand. Later, the recruiter informed me that the job was given to someone else, which was disappointing as I felt my time was wasted. I never heard back about the other jobs mentioned, making Jersey Staffing seem untrustworthy.

The staffing agency's interview process was pretty detailed. They mainly wanted to know about my experience, my skills, and what career direction I was aiming for. They were helpful in showing me the different job options and locations available on their website.
