The interview process was quick, casual, and friendly. A screening call was set up within a few days, and the main interview happened shortly after. Finally, there was a panel interview to wrap things up. Everyone I met was really nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

Got an email from a recruiter a day or two after applying to set up an interview. The interview was supposed to be with the hiring manager and team supervisor, but only the hiring manager showed up (a bit late). She said her camera wasn't working, so I had to be on camera but she wasn't. The call dropped about 10 minutes in because of tech issues on her end. She came back about 5 minutes later and apologized. The questions were pretty basic. I applied for the first shift (8am-5pm) and was told I'd hear back by Friday. The recruiter called Monday to say that shift wasn't available anymore, but they wanted to offer me the 11:30-8pm shift instead.

Got a pre-screen from the HR recruiter, then my info went to the hiring manager. After that, I was invited for a virtual interview. During the interview, we talked about the position and what's expected, and I got to ask and answer questions. The team interviewing me was really thorough and straightforward.

The whole process took about a month. I had a phone interview about a week and a half after applying online. Then, I went in for an in-person interview two weeks later. They made an offer about a week after that. The interview questions were pretty straightforward, mostly about me. I don't recall any behavioral questions.
