First, I had a phone screener. Then, I had two more phone calls, one with the Ops person and another with the Director of Growth. Finally, I had in-person chats with the team at their space. It was great meeting the Marketing Director and the Events Lead.

I submitted my resume and then had a phone chat. After that, they invited me for an in-person interview for a role that was a bit different than what I applied for. They also asked me to send in a demo video showing how I'd engage with community members. Finally, I had the in-person interview at their office.

My interview experience with Workbar was really disappointing. They rescheduled my first interview five times, which shows they don't have good organization or respect for candidates' time. After finally having the interview, they said they'd follow up, but they never did, even though I tried contacting them multiple times. This poor communication makes me wonder how they treat their employees. Be careful if you're thinking about working with them. I value honesty and accountability, and Workbar didn't show that. I hope they fix their processes.

I had a bunch of interviews with directors and c-suite folks. It was all done over zoom and was pretty chill. They asked me some good questions about the job and how I'd handle different scenarios.
