It's ridiculous. If you have 30 years of experience, they want you to list every job, including dates and duties, to prove it. Their application system generates its own resume, which makes this take forever. After the long application, there are many assessments. And just when you think you're done, the recruiter critiques your info and asks for more.

I had a really weird interview. The interviewer didn't seem to know anything about claims. I talked about my experience, education, license, and job history. Then, I got an email with a link to apply online, but there was no submit button. I emailed them, and they said they submitted it for me. After that, I got a link for some 'assessment testing' to 'evaluate my skills.' They said there was no pass/fail. It included a computer skills test where I had to Google some info and copy-paste it into an email, including how to reply and bcc someone. There was also an Excel test, and a math and reading comprehension test. Finally, a typing speed test. None of it tested actual claims handling skills. It took about 2 hours. The first interviewer then called me saying I failed everything, especially the computer skills, and that I don't know basic computer functions like minimizing a Word doc. I found that ridiculous since I've worked with web-based systems and paperless claims for 20 years and know how to do all that stuff. It seemed like the interviewer lacked skills herself. I ended up withdrawing my application because the jobs are temp, they want you to form an LLC, they don't send a 1099, and their hourly pay is way below market rate ($25-$36/hr compared to $45/hr from other agencies).
