Localisation Programme Manager
There was one video call where they asked some behavioural questions. It wasn't too tough. They really focused on how you handle complaints or conflicts. The interviewers were pretty nice, and overall, it was a good experience.
- Can you tell me about your career path so far?
- What does project management mean to you?
Project Manager
I went through four interviews with different teams and they all seemed to go well, with lots of positive feedback. I was told they'd get back to me in about a week because the managers were on vacation. Then, nothing. For months, I heard absolutely nothing despite multiple emails and phone calls. It's wild how they waste people's time like this. They talked a lot about themselves in the interviews but don't seem to realize how they could improve. They're going to lose good people if they keep this up.
- What makes a successful person in this role, in your opinion?
- What's your experience level with translation software?
Content Quality Assistant
The interview process was very good. I had an interview with two people and the questions went smoothly and were very comfortable. A few days after the in-person interview, I was emailed a task to complete, which was very easy, and the communication with the company was very prompt.
- How would you handle your time when faced with multiple tasks?
Creative Product Manager
A primeira etapa foi uma conversa de cerca de 1 hora com dois representantes do Wordbank. A marcação foi rápida e todo o processo foi bem organizado, com perguntas direcionadas e bons follow-ups.
- How do you see the work-life balance? What are some of your hobbies and goals?
