Behavioral Presentation Case

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a one-way video recording, and the last was a case study and presentation round. I waited 2 months for feedback after the final round and heard nothing back. I then reached out to the recruiter/hiring manager who had been my point of contact throughout the process to ask for an update on a decision or any feedback I could use for future roles, but they ignored me. I liked the interview process itself, but I wasn't expecting to get no feedback after a final round interview.

Just so you know, our stores are open every day of the year. You’ll work at least 28 hours a week, which is about seven hours a day for four days a week. Your start and end times will change daily, so you might work 9 am to 3 pm one day and 7 am to 3 pm the next. You may have to arrive at or leave work in the dark. Also, you will have to work some public holidays, like Christmas Day. Do you have any problems or concerns about working these days/hours?

Confirmed questions8 questions
  • Have you worked in a customer-facing role before?
  • Have you used a cash register or a computer-based POS system previously?
  • How would you handle a situation where a customer is unhappy with a product?
