The interview process was average. They gave me a test, and then I had an interview that lasted about half an hour after the test. They offered me the position in the next few business days. Training started a couple of weeks later and went on for several weeks.

I met with a partner and the Billing Manager. They asked me questions that are pretty standard and easy to prep for. They also talked about the company culture at Woods Oviatt Gilman. Both of the women were really nice, which made the interview feel comfortable.

It was not bad they talked to you about several things about the position and offer a decent salary starting out. Good to supposed family systems. Training was decent also
