First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Woodmont Real Estate.
HR Specialist
The interview process was quite long, involving numerous rounds. The questions tended to be repetitive, and the interviews themselves were lengthy. The company sets expectations high.
- Tell me about skills you've used in a previous role.
Property Manager
First I had a phone call with a recruiter and it went really well. After that, I had a one-on-one with the regional manager. Both conversations were really nice and I felt like they were genuinely invested in the company and just wanted to find the right person for the job.
- Can you describe a time you dealt with a difficult employee and how you managed the situation?
Commercial Property Administrator
It went smoothly, I first had a 1:1 chat, then a second interview with the Regional Property Manager, and finally, a third interview with the Client who owned the two properties I would be assisting with and managing.
- Could you tell me about your weaknesses?
- Can you describe a time you had to handle a difficult situation and explain how you did?
