The interview was really straightforward. It included a basic math test to see if you could handle a cash register. The test didn't allow calculators and just checked basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) presented in word problems.

The interview process was super chill and relaxed! It was the best interview I've ever had! After you apply, you gotta take a test and get different scores for different positions. No pressure on time. The whole thing moved really fast. Just need two forms of ID. Dress business casual - no sweats but no need for a suit either. They already had my resume printed, so no need to bring one.

I applied and about 3-5 days later, got a call for an interview. I was excited but also nervous since it was my first job interview ever. When I got there, they had me wait in the employee break room for a bit. Then the hiring manager took me to the interview room. First, I had to do a yes/no test about stealing, with questions like "Do you think people would be more willing to steal if they knew they could get away with it?". They also gave me a math test, but it wasn't a big deal, and the hiring manager even helped me with some answers. After the tests, the manager asked standard interview questions, like "Why do you want to work here?". Then, another manager came in and asked about my background, grades, and community involvement. After that, they hired me right away. The next time I came in, there was a lot of paperwork to fill out, which was a bit much. Overall, it was a good experience and worth it.

The interview was really short, like under 3 minutes. They didn't even ask about my skills. The hiring manager just said I couldn't work there if I kept my Instacart job. The vibe from the staff wasn't great when I asked about the interview, and the manager seemed hesitant to shake my hand at first. I turned down the offer to quit my other job and apologized for their time. Another candidate who showed up after me and was, like, better looking, got treated way better and pretty much got the job without a math test. It felt like they weren't looking for someone with my background but just short-term profit. Turns out those bad reviews were right. Should have skipped it. It was a waste of an hour. They're looking for young, pretty people they can exploit, not someone like me. Honestly, if you're not considered attractive, don't bother applying. I saw lots of cute female employees though, and not many guys. Their EEO policy is a joke. Try Jewel-Osco instead, they're much fairer.
