The interview process was straightforward, starting with general questions and moving into technical ones based on your skills. They also asked some conceptual questions. I was interviewed by two people, one from human resources and the other the department manager.

So they called me in for an interview and had my resume beforehand. But when I got there, they kept pointing out things I didn't have, which made me wonder why they even contacted me. It seemed like they hadn't really read my resume because I actually did have the experience they were asking about. They also kept asking a lot about my current company and its operations. It felt like they might have just wanted to get some inside information about my company.

I went through 2 levels of the interview process. The first was a zoom call with the hiring manager and HR rep, which was pretty chill with basic questions. After that, feedback was slow. The second round was another zoom meeting with the director. The next step was a plant visit, maybe in a week or two. Again, they were slow with feedback, and when they finally gave it, it was something like 'you have a lot of good qualities but we want to interview some more candidates'. I waited a few weeks and then retracted my application when the recruiter couldn't get an update. It seems like they're just casually interviewing, without much consideration for the candidate.
