So there were two parts to the interview process. First, I had an online meeting, which went pretty well. Then, the next week, I went in person for an interview where I had to give a presentation. After that, they showed me some of the work they're currently doing.

So after I sent in my application, I got this pre-interview test that had some quick questions to see if my values matched the company's. About a month later, there was a group assessment interview and then another panel interview with the senior management. Both of those interviews were about 30 minutes to an hour long. The whole hiring thing, from sending in the application to getting the offer, took about 3 months.
