I had a phone interview and then one in person interview. After that, I was asked to go to more interviews later that day which were an hour away. I then proceeded to have 3 additional interviews with different people. Everything seemed to be going good and I followed up but they ghosted me. They never gave me an update, it was a big waste of time when you only really need a couple interviews for an entry level position.

I had a phone interview first, and then we had a conference call to talk about my skills and the job. They told me everything about the company and how much they pay. We also talked about my education and my past jobs.

The interview setting felt really professional and relaxed. Filling out the paperwork was straightforward. The recruiter was friendly and professional. She paid attention to the type of job and working hours I was looking for, then told me about open positions and what the company expected from its staff.

The first interview was quick and to the point. Then I had to go to their corporate office in Nashville for a more detailed interview. I met with an HR person and the Founder/Owner. It was a nice experience. The owner is a chill person and you can tell the employees are treated well!
