So I went through this whole 7 week process, which was a total waste of time. It started with a 30 minute video call with a technical manager. I made it super clear I wasn't a Front End dev. Then, there were two 45 minute video interviews back to back. The first one involved me giving a presentation on a past project for 'Technical Depth'. One guy got totally sidetracked by waterfall vs agile stuff, which wasn't even the point of 'Technical Depth'. I did miss one part which they called me out on, which is fair. The second interview was a design task for a shopping website, where I had to provide a high-level design. I felt like I was already at a disadvantage compared to others.

I had a great experience. I first spoke with a recruiter who asked about my past job experience and projects I've done and how they connect to WM. I was then invited for an onsite with the hiring manager, but unfortunately, our salary expectations were too different, so I ended up declining the offer.
