It's a three-stage process: The first stage is a video call with HR to screen you. The second stage is an Excel assessment to measure analytical and research skills. The third stage is an interview with a group of team members (five interviews total). After all their protocol, what happened was silence, there was no more response despite sending follow-up emails, they just stopped responding to any of them. A complete lack of respect for the candidate's time and zero ethics from their 'professionals' in charge of the poorly named Human Resources department.

The interview process was smooth and amazing. The interviewer was friendly and professional. The whole interview was about the job and asked relevant questions about the position. They also conducted a simple test to assess designing skills.

Presentation Behavioral

I had an initial interview that included a presentation, which I think went pretty well. They asked me to share my slides afterwards. I didn't hear back for about 10 days, so I followed up with both HR and the hiring manager by email. HR eventually responded, letting me know that the role had been moved to a different location.
