Product Manager
This was a really great interview process. It started with the recruiter Leise reaching out and setting up an initial chat with Vivian, the Head of Talent. Vivian was super helpful throughout. The interviews were organized really well, and everyone I met was awesome and seemed really enthusiastic. First, I had an interview with the Head of Talent. Then, a video interview with the VP of Product, which was mostly a general chat about my background and a resume review. After that, I went onsite for three interviews: one with the Engineering Manager, an Engineering Leader, and the VP of Product. Following that, I went through six 30-minute video interviews with various stakeholders including the CTO, who were from Sales, Ops, Product, Design, and Engineering. Each of these rounds focused on a different part of product management, like strategy and design. There was also a case presentation round. I particularly enjoyed the TAO round, which was designed to check for cultural fit. Overall, the process was very smooth and organized, with no surprises.

Product Manager
The interviewer used Lever to set up the meeting. This was a bit tricky because the HR person was in the mountain time zone, and I'm in the pacific time zone. I assumed Lever would use my timezone, but it defaulted to mountain time, so I had to get a new link from her. When I finally got her on the phone, I could barely hear her because she was in a WeWork, so she had to find a different spot. Once we started talking about the job, she sounded a little insincere and didn't seem to know many details about the position.
- What makes you seek a new opportunity and what draws you to Wonolo?
Product Manager
The interview process started with a recruiter phone screen, followed by a hiring manager phone interview, and concluded with a super day. Even though I didn't get an offer, it was a great experience. The recruiter was super helpful and always available to answer questions and prepare me for each step. They even asked for feedback during the process, which was a nice touch and showed they cared about making it a good experience. It was definitely the most organized interview process I've ever gone through.
- A 30 minute presentation was part of the Super Day.
