It's a quick process with a bunch of steps. You start with a 1:1 chat with the recruiter and then the hiring manager. If that goes well, you then go to the Super Day where you have to present a case presentation and meet a bunch of people at the company.

I put in my application online via the Wonolo site. About three days later, I got an email asking for a 30 minute call. I had this 30 minute phone chat with the Head Of Talent where we talked about my skills, the job, and the company. They scheduled my onsite for the very next day. The whole thing took about two hours. I met with the Head of Talent, Head of People, and also had a casual "group chat" with some team members. After the onsite, they requested a call with the CTO, which was set up for two days after. I did that call and got an offer the same day. The interview process was super fast and really organized.

I had a really great experience interviewing with Wonolo! The interviews gave me a solid grasp of the job and the company. Everyone I met was professional, friendly, and engaging. The recruiting team was a pleasure to work with, and the recruiting manager kept me in the loop with clear timelines so I knew what to expect. I particularly appreciated how welcoming, genuine, and transparent she was throughout the process. The interview stages included: a phone screen with the recruiting manager, a phone screen with the hiring manager, a take-home exercise, and then the Super Day, which involved interviews with team leaders, a culture fit interview, and a final interview with the hiring manager.
