You start with a recruiter phone screen, then a 30 min chat with the hiring manager. The last step is a 3 hour panel interview with several company folks. Before the panel, you'll need to sign an NDA and finish a CSM assessment that took hours, though we never talked about it in the interview. The main goal is to see if you're a culture fit or add, so be sure to show what makes you unique.

Behavioral Presentation

I was contacted by the company for an interview. My first conversation was with a recruiter, but the details they gave me about the interview process were not accurate. The next interview was scheduled, and I was asked to copy another person on the email. This interview was with a VP or department leader. After asking about the next steps, I was told I would advance and hear from the recruiter within two days. I followed up via email after three days without a response. On the fifth day, the recruiter replied, stating they were unsure of my status and would provide an update the following week. I didn't hear anything that week. After a death in my family, I sent another email. A few days later, a different person responded, informing me that hiring was on hold. I felt a phone call would have been more professional, offering feedback for future opportunities.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was enjoyable, starting with a brief recruiter call, followed by a 1:1 with the hiring manager. Then there was an assignment, and finally a super day with multiple interviews. They mostly kept me updated, except after the final interview when I didn't hear back by the promised date and had to follow up, which was a bit disappointing, but overall it was a great and well-organized experience.
