First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wondros.
Social Media Manager
The interview process was really comfortable and diverse. It had 3 rounds. First was with the recruiter, then with directors, and finally with potential co-workers.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Director Digital
It was easy, a two-round interview process. I had several in-person interviews all scheduled in a two-hour block. The first round was a panel interview with a handful of people from different disciplines, but they all represented a single workflow.
- Have you ever worked within federal government infrastructures?
Administrative Assistant
Applied and then got scheduled for a phone screen with HR. After that, I was scheduled for an interview. The interview went well. The only downside was that it took them three weeks to let me know their decision.
- What are your future aspirations?
- Can you share a difficult situation you encountered?
Account Manager
Their interview process is really bad with communication. HR doesn't do a good job vetting candidates. They also take forever to finish the process and don't tell you when it'll be over.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
