So the interview process started with a phone screen, then a 1-on-1 interview, and then a final 4-person interview. The first two were pretty standard and the people were nice. The last one was a real drag though, two hours long. They called it a panel interview since there were four interviewers, but they only had one person on the call at a time. It was annoying because the other interviewers didn't know what questions had already been asked, so I had to answer the same questions multiple times. It felt like a waste of time since if they were all on the call together, the interview could've been done in an hour. They didn't give any breaks, so I was talking for two hours straight, and my voice was shot by the end. Left feeling like they didn't really care. Then they took over a month to get back to me with a rejection. I probably wouldn't apply for anything else with them after that whole crappy experience.

Analytics Manager
First I had a 45 minute phone interview with the hiring manager, which I thought went pretty well. Then, about a month later, I went in for an in-person interview. Turns out the hiring manager had left the company by then. From the moment I arrived, I had a bad feeling about the place. Nobody seemed happy, the office looked run-down and depressing. The people interviewing me didn't seem engaged, they hardly asked me anything and mostly asked what questions I had for them. It felt like a total waste of my time and effort.

Customer Service Representative
I sat with a senior employee for about 30 minutes to get a feel for the job responsibilities. Then, I had a panel interview that lasted around 45 minutes with the Manager and Supervisor. After that, I spent 30 minutes with a team lead, which was great because I could ask any questions I had. The whole process was very thorough and professional, and the manager and supervisor were nice, making it feel pretty easy. The company offers good benefits and salary, making it a fantastic place to join!

QC Technician
I was contacted by TTC via email about my application for Video Editor and they offered me an interview for that position. I got scheduled for an interview the same week they emailed me. They sent great directions, and finding their office was easy. Everyone was helpful and friendly, my interview was relaxed and informative. It's easy to get a great sense of what the company's all about. They answered all my questions. It was great! I ended up taking the job.
