The hiring manager gave me a call and asked some standard interview questions. It was a friendly chat for about 30 minutes. Then I had to schedule a follow-up Skype interview. That lasted about 30 minutes too, and nothing unusual came up. They told me when I'd hear back, and I got the offer before that date.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was smooth and not high-pressure, although sometimes they were a bit slow with follow-ups. I got an offer after 5 weeks, which included a second interview. That second round was more relaxed and focused on making sure I was comfortable with Womankind's mission. Overall, it was a very positive experience with the interview and hiring process, and the people were very professional!
