Started with a recruiter call, then talked to the lead. Honestly, I think they'd hire anyone, even a fresh corpse, just to meet their tax season quota. They pay poorly and don't train people well.

Behavioral Technical

It was a short interview, maybe an hour, with the team lead and a manager. They ask you typical interview questions. The style is definitely situational questioning: "What would you do if".$They then have you sit and listen to calls and see if you would enjoy this type of work. They also ask some accounting related questions, but the whole process is fairly simple.

Technical Behavioral

It was a smooth and precise interview process. There were two technical rounds and then an HR round, each lasting about an hour. They always leave some time at the end for candidates to ask questions. They make you feel at ease while answering questions, and it seems they are more interested in your attitude than just the answers.
