& Process

It was a quick process. First, I had an interview with the recruiter, and then with the company/client. The company interview was two rounds over the phone. The first was with the director, and the second was with the leadership team. The final step was with the recruiter again to discuss logistics. I heard back about the offer about a week after the first interview.

I was contacted via LinkedIn, and the first step was a phone screening. Then, I had an in-person interview with the branch manager and some other people from the office. After that, I met with some of the team members. They don't have a training program, and they made sure to emphasize that.

Went to their job fair, seemed promising. They explained the job and said they'd test us then go over resumes. Computers were too slow to finish testing, so they told us to do it at home and they'd call us. They never called. I called two days later, and the receptionist said they'd call back. They never did. Very unprofessional.

The interview process went great. The recruiter was very informative and seemed to genuinely care about my needs as an employee. I interviewed for a temp position and am awaiting a call back about getting the job, so this review focuses on my interview experience.
