First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wolfson Children's Hospital.
Child Life Assistant
We did an in-person tour of the place and then had a sit-down interview with a few staff members. It took about an hour and a half total. The tour was quick but showed us all the important spots.
- What made you decide to apply to our organization?
Social Worker
The second interview was a panel interview with the team. Average questions but kind of a thought to be interviewed by five other people at once. I was offered the position but turned it down due to low pay. Wish I had known the pay scale up front
- How would you prioritize tasks?
Registered Nurse
The interview process was very precise and they got back to me quickly. HR was very thorough throughout the whole process. The leadership wasn’t always fully organized, but I found that out after taking the job. I interviewed almost all day, so be prepared to talk to a lot of different people.
- Can you describe your previous experiences?
Registered Nurse
I had an initial phone screen, then interviewed with the manager, and then got the job offer. It was pretty straightforward and simple. The whole thing finished in less than a month after I applied. I wouldn't say it was a hard process.
- Tell me about a challenging patient interaction you experienced.
