It was a good process, with a few write-up tasks and general financial questions. I met with several other team members before receiving an offer. They were flexible with the time zone difference and the calls were all friendly.

So I was baited and switched into this interview for the EA role. The interviewer told me that the job requires a 6:30 AM start time and that it's in-person, which was not in the job description. I would not have interviewed if I knew this. The job description has not been updated even after I pointed this out. Candidates should know this kind of info before applying. Wolfe Research clearly does not value candidates' time.
