Software Engineer
Interviewing with Woflow was a good experience, things moved fast. It was structured but felt quick. First, a 30 min Recruiter Screen to talk about my background and if I was interested. Then, a 30 min chat with the Team Lead to get a feel for the daily tasks and team. After that, a 1.5 hr Technical Screening, which was a tough but good problem-solving test. Lastly, a 30 min chat with the CTO about the company's tech direction.

Menu Transcriptionist
You can apply thru a website link and needs to answer the test. They have a high volume of applicants thus you really need to check you email from time to time. If your qualifications are met and you passed the initial test you will be asked to watch training videos and practice demo.

Transcriber
Applied via Online jobs PH and filled out a form (initial assessment). Passed the initial assessment, they sent an email inviting me to join Discord for communication and enrolled me to their Woflow Academy training. Completed 9 practice menus. Passed the Academy courses, proceeded to transcribe 4 live menus (probationary period and final step before being offered full-time work).

Solutions Architect
I had three interviews at Woflow and really enjoyed talking with everyone. I was super excited about the job, but the communication was really slow and all over the place. After the first interview, I waited two weeks for any news. After the second, I had to ask four times for an update. After the third, I followed up a bunch but never heard back. It was a bummer not to get closure, especially since the interviews themselves were so good.
- Can you tell me about a complex project you've managed?
