First, I had to build a basic outsystems app based on some requirements. Then we had an online call where I showed the app and talked about my past jobs. After that, an online logic quiz was given. Lastly, there was a final chat session and a quick 30-minute technical quiz.

So I had 3 interviews in total. First, a phone chat with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a 90-minute technical interview with the CTO and director of software development. They kept in touch pretty consistently until after the third interview. After a week, I asked for an update and was told they were interviewing others and would decide the next week. I followed up again at the end of that week, and they said the hiring managers were out of office. I let it go after that because it seemed like they weren't going to hire me. It felt pretty unprofessional after I went through three rounds. But honestly, after reading employee reviews, I'm not that surprised.

Behavioral Coding Other

About two days after applying online, HR reached out to set up a phone screen. The online application asked a lot about my favorite high school things and activities, which I thought was odd since it's been a while. After the phone screen, I got a really technical take-home test. I was surprised by coding questions since I hadn't claimed strong Java/CSS skills. The next day, HR contacted me again to schedule another assessment at their office. This test also seemed unrelated to the BA job description, and I questioned how it would assess my BA abilities. It was also strange that only one of the three steps involved actual conversation.

Behavioral

It was a surreal interview process, felt like no respect for candidates. The recruitment process was extensive with the same questions repeated. There's a sorority mentality in the company, which is just surreal. It felt like applying to a high school group rather than a business company.
