The interview mostly featured technical questions, with a small number of HR-related inquiries. The majority of the questions focused on contract law, contract drafting, and supply side negotiations. I also answered questions about my educational background and why I chose to study law.

The interview process was thorough but not overwhelming. I was given a good overview of the role and the company. I spoke with both the direct manager and HR. The whole thing took about an hour and a half. The company got back to me quickly with either an offer or a decision. They seemed eager to get me onboarded.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews with multiple leaders. The HR process was really bad. Even though I got a perfect score in all interviews, they ended up hiring someone else. The reason given was that the HR person was on leave when I cleared my interviews and didn't inform me about my selection. I had to call them like 10 times a day for two weeks, but the HR wouldn't even pick up or give me an update. When she finally returned, I found out that another HR person had handled my application, and after an internal discussion, they decided to offer the job to someone else. The original HR was confused why they offered it to another candidate, and by then, it was too late for her to talk to the panel because they had already extended an offer to someone else. It was extremely unprofessional. They don't even have a contact person for feedback.

Had some initial phone chats with HR and the operations manager. After that, I met a bunch of different people in the company, some higher up, some not. It was one virtual meeting and then five in-person meetings. They also had me do an Excel and a PowerPoint test. This was before COVID, so it was all in person then.
