I applied online and then got a LinkedIn DM pretty quickly. I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview on consecutive days. I got an offer the next day. It was very easy. They will criticize your resume a lot to see how you handle client situations.

They'll call you and hire you on the spot. They are desperate, usually because they fire people on the spot and if you quit, they might send you packing before your 2 weeks. And then talk about how you are inconsiderate for leaving w/o notice.

Behavioral Technical

I heard back from HR within the first week of applying. Setting up a time for a call was a bit difficult because their email system seems to make emails undeliverable, so I had to get creative to reach them. The HR team was really friendly and easy to talk to. However, the call with the hiring manager or department head was another experience. They were really late, there was a lot of background noise like dogs barking, and they were on speakerphone with a heavy accent. I could only understand about half of what they were saying. They also put me on mute or hold multiple times during the call, which I found to be unprofessional and rude.

The in-person interview was pretty laid-back and easy to impress the hiring team with, even with limited knowledge. A solid resume is key to getting this job.
