The interview process started off pretty long but it got better after the second round. The panel was good and knew who they were looking for, but the HR department is really rude. Expect to wait a few days to hear back from them, and when you do, they only give one-word answers. I've never encountered a recruiter like this before.

The interview process was quite thorough, although not for a management role. It involved one phone call and two in-person visits to the office, with the entire process taking about two weeks.

The interview process went by fast. I saw a posting on Craigslist and sent in my resume, cover letter, and a writing sample. I got a call in under three days to set up a phone interview. The phone interview, which was more of a screening, took about 30 minutes. After that, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview the next week. The hiring manager was super responsive and made a quick decision on my application, which I accepted.

Behavioral Presentation

After my resume was reviewed, I met with several senior executives, who were mostly related and owned the company. We discussed the position and they mentioned that the company is planning to grow and they need entrepreneurial people who can make a difference. I got the impression that the company might be sold or go public in a few years, and key managers would get equity.
