The interview was split into 2 appointments. The HR manager and the supervisor introduced themselves. They explained the open position, the company, and the company philosophy. They asked questions to the applicant and I answered their questions. I found the conversation very relaxed and there was mutual interest. All in all, I got the impression that we wanted to benefit from each other.

Had a phone chat with HR, then went to Pell City, AL for an onsite visit. I had to prepare and give a 45-minute presentation in PowerPoint. After that, we did a 20-minute tour of the plant. The final part was a 30-45 minute interview with a panel of about 4-5 people, including the Plant Manager, the current Maintenance Manager, some other department managers, and the HR rep.
