The process was pretty clear: First, you submit your application. Then, you get an aptitude test and some prep material about it, it's scored out of 25. If you do well, HR sends your application to the hiring managers. After that, HR will contact you to set up a time for the interview. Finally, you'll get either an offer letter or a rejection email.

Tough interview overall. Required a lot of preparation, especially for the language. I wouldn't do it again, bad vibe at the hotel where we were called. There were many of us, and it started with a quick English quiz and an ATC one, then another English test and an interview in English.

The atmosphere there was so nice and lovely! Three people from the company tested and evaluated us. There were 6 stages, and after the 2nd stage, they started removing people. Out of 90 people, only 19 made it to the final interview. Their judgment was not about how cool you are, but about whether you are a good fit for this company.

There are 5 steps. First, an English test. Then, a short 2-minute personal introduction. After that, a role-play simulating a typical in-flight situation where passengers are complaining, and we have to solve the problem. Then, a group exercise where we discuss a problem with our colleagues and find a common solution. Finally, a personal interview with the recruiters. In my interview, 10 out of 110 participants reached the final stage. Whether you are selected or not is communicated later by email.
