It was a 3 step process: first an initial screening, then a technical interview, and the last step was a 2-parter where I had a 1:1 with the Lead and then did a practical simulation exercise. It was a very dynamic process, but it could have been faster.

First there was a phone call about my profile, then a second screening with the recruiter. Finally I had my technical interview. The first two screenings were good, and I felt confident about my technical challenge results, but I just got an email saying they won't continue with my application. I guess I expected better follow-up.
