First, you have a chat with HR, there's a brief conversation in English and then you move on to the technical test. It involves some programming exercises, followed by an interview with the leader. The negative point is that despite passing the tests, Wizeline didn't notify me about the process status; I had to reach out to HR. They then told me I wouldn't continue in the process because they needed a profile with other skills (which they didn't ask me if I had). Obviously, I knew they were rejecting me and didn't push further. In the end, I passed the tests but for some reason I don't know, they rejected me without prior notice and took a long time to respond.

I started with a recruiter phone screen. Then there was a 1-hour technical phone interview with a developer. I was expecting an on-site interview, but instead, they gave me another 2-hour technical phone interview during office hours. Even though I thought I did well, I was rejected after that. It's hard to find time for interviews when you're working, and finding a 2-hour slot was tough and caused problems at my job. Interviews should really be 1 hour max, or happen after work, or be a take-home exercise so you can focus better.

It was a really quick process and I was treated very well. They answered all my questions. The process started with an email, continued by mail, then it changed to a Skype call where they explained the 4 phases of the interview. You have to be ready to be absent from your previous job for one day for the skill interview and for the last phase.
