The workload is absurd for a laughable hourly rate. The owner doesn't sign the work card and pays very little per hour worked. The methodology is rigid and teachers are prevented from personalizing to facilitate learning.

First, there's a listening, writing, and reading test. After that, you'll have an English interview with the coordinator. They'll chat with you and ask about your experience to get to know you better. If you pass those, you'll talk to finances and get registered.

First, I filled out a form and had to do a small writing task. Then, there was an interview with two interviewers, one online and one in person. They asked me a lot of questions about my life and routine situations in a school environment. Everything was going well until they asked me to sell an object. I'm still not sure why, as my role is an English teacher, not a salesperson. I'd have to convince a child to buy it, which is still unclear to me. After that, they confirmed the test with me, and everything went well. However, they didn't mention any benefits like a food basket or transportation voucher, and they offered me a minimum wage despite my experience. About two hours after the interview, I received a message saying my profile was ideal, but my English needed improvement for the position, so they were canceling my candidacy. They did offer me a trial class if I was interested. I'm completely outraged by the lack of responsibility and sincerity.
