The reception was terrible, as was the information about the vacancy and how the interview was conducted. They put me in a room with several people, the recruiter was leaning against the door taking notes on who knows what. She didn't want to hear any more information and I left the room.

Behavioral Group Other

The interview started with a group session where the franchise director shared impressive career stories, mentioned favorite coaches, and championed meritocracy. However, he also discouraged academic pursuits, called planning a normal life 'uncool,' and admitted to not adhering to labor laws regarding overtime and holidays. He warned that the work environment would be extremely unsustainable, filled with constant pressure and stress, but offered a path to becoming a franchise partner after a certain period. Following this, he conducted individual interviews, where he attempted to belittle candidates and place them in uncomfortable situations to gauge their stress and pressure tolerance. The final stage involved experiencing firsthand the 'complete chaos' that would be the work environment.
