First, there was a take-home test, followed by a quick interview with the unit manager. Those who passed the first stage moved on to a group activity, which was with the owner of the unit, who observed us the entire time, focusing on things like behavior. Immediately after that, there was an individual interview with the owner.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • There was a test with a lot of math and percentages.
  • During the interview, I was only asked about access to the place and about myself.
  • They value doing well on the test more.
