Software Engineer
So the whole thing kicked off with a quick chat with Yael the recruiter, who was really cool. Then, there was a 30-minute screening call. After that, I had this ~4 hour live session with Tomer where we dove into coding, system design, and behavioral stuff. It was super hands-on and practical, and they actually gave useful feedback as we went, which was way better than just grinding LeetCode. The technical bits were tough but fair, they knew we wouldn't get it all done, and I actually learned a bunch. Even though I didn't get the job, the interviewers were really positive, friendly, and professional, making it a pretty good experience overall.

Software Developer
I applied through LinkedIn and a recruiter called me back a few days later. We had an initial HR screening call where I was asked about my experience and to discuss projects from my degree. After that, I took a remote technical interview, but unfortunately, I didn't pass it.
- Can you tell me about a system you built?
- Describe a system you've developed
Software Engineer
Had a quick chat with HR, then an interview about a feature I built (took 30 mins). After that was a live coding session (1 hour for design, 3 hours for coding). Then I had an interview focused on the architecture of a code project. Finally, another HR interview for an hour.
- Can you walk me through a feature you've developed?
