I had 3 interviews for this role, and they were all pretty standard. The last interview, with the hiring manager, involved giving a product overview. They seem to really like hiring people who come from other security companies, like Okta or Crowdstrike.

The interview process took about 7 weeks, mostly because Wiz kept rescheduling interviews last minute, sometimes with just an hour or even minutes to spare. I had to chase the recruiters and hiring manager a few times for updates because they'd disappear for days. Despite getting a 'thumbs up' and positive feedback from a VP-level interviewer who thought I'd be a great fit, I was surprisingly rejected via email from the recruiter a few days later, right before the final step was supposed to happen.
